Twin Valley High School (TVHS) will present its third annual Showcase of Bands on Saturday, Sept. 14, at the high school stadium. Marching bands will begin playing at 7 p.m., and the event should conclude around 9:30 p.m.

Seven high school bands will perform their 2024 shows. In addition to the host band, other local high schools that will participate are Daniel Boone, Exeter, Fleetwood, Owen J. Roberts, Reading and Muhlenberg. New this year will be a drum line sound-off competition. There will be a mass band performance to conclude the evening.

Food will be available for purchase, and there will be an opportunity for attendees to win prizes.

Proceeds will benefit the Music Boosters of Twin Valley, which supports all Twin Valley School District music students and programs. Funds are earmarked to support the future of the TVHS band.

TVHS is located at 4897 N. Twin Valley Road, Elverson. Tickets will be sold at the gate. A discount will be provided for those who pay with cash. There will be separate prices for adults and for students and senior citizens.
