Veterans Honored At Masonic Village

As part of the National Wreaths Across America Day on Dec. 17, residents of Masonic Village at Elizabethtown remembered 62 veterans who are buried in the Masonic Village cemetery. In addition, they recognized 74 veterans who are inurned in the Sell Chapel Columbarium, also on campus.

As each wreath was placed, the veteran's name was spoken aloud to demonstrate respect and appreciation for his or her service. The purpose of the wreath is not to decorate the gravesite, but rather to help remember each veteran's life.
