Voyage Mount Joy invites area residents to Fête En Independance, an upscale pop-up dinner party event to celebrate the Fourth of July. It will take place at Little Chiques Park in Mount Joy from 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 1. Guests must be at least age 21 to attend.

Diners will be encouraged to dress in their best red, white, and blue outfits and enjoy a string-lit dinner, live music courtesy of A Sought Out City, and music mixing from DJ Edge Productions. Diners must bring their own dinner and are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Guests will also be able to decorate and personalize their own tables in a patriotic theme; prizes will be available for the best-decorated tables.

Tickets may be purchased at http://www.eventbrite.com. A ticket purchase will include an 8-foot rectangular table with eight chairs for up to eight guests.

Voyage Mount Joy will provide a list of local vendors where guests may purchase to-go dinners, tablecloths, dinnerware, florals, and alcohol.

Proceeds from the event will be used by Voyage Mount Joy to help market the small businesses in Mount Joy and fund future events in the town like National Night Out.
