Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) and Associates Chapter 1008 of Lancaster will hold a wreath laying and ceremony on Sunday, May 30, at 1 p.m. in Greenwood Cemetery, located on South Queen Street in Lancaster, at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. The public is invited to attend.

The memorial honors Lancaster County Vietnam veterans and one civilian who gave their lives in service to their country. At the ceremony, members of Chapter 1008 will read the names of the chapter's deceased VVA members going back to 2010. Family and friends are welcome to participate, and there will be time to share memories.

The memorial and grounds are maintained by the chapter and recently underwent renovation. The chapter meets monthly and presently meets at the Millersville Memorial Park.
