Wagman announces purchase of new office

Wagman has announced the purchase of a new office building at 3265 Farmtrail Road in York. After construction and renovations, it plans to relocate the York office personnel to the new location. This will be the new main office in York for Wagman Inc., Wagman Construction Inc. and Wagman Heavy Civil, Inc., including Wagman's Geotechnical Operation for the north.

The office relocation will allow for long-term expansion plans for Wagman's Field Service Center, which maintains the equipment fleet at the current 3290 N. Susquehanna Trail campus.

Mike Glezer, CEO of Wagman Inc., and his wife, Lisa Wagman Glezer, president, are fourth generation owners who joined the company 20 years ago. Since then, Wagman as a whole has more than tripled in terms of people, volume and revenue.

Wagman has been based in York County since 1902. The company has two operational offices in Virginia, but the headquarters for operations and the human resources, accounting, legal, IT, marketing and safety teams are all primarily centralized out of the York office.

The GGS building at 3265 Farmtrail Road was originally built by Wagman Construction. In addition to the location, it has a more conducive space to work with. It also features additional parking and green space with a walking path.

Initial news about the purchase was shared internally to Wagman employees before the Thanksgiving holiday. The official closing was on Dec. 21, 2023, prior to Wagman's Pennsylvania holiday party. True Commercial Real Estate represented Wagman and Rock Real Estate represented GGS.

Wagman is working with Warehaus on design and Wagman Construction will be the contractor for the renovations at 3265 Farmtrail Road.
