Manheim Township's Kaedyn Williams went a perfect 3-0 at the PIAA State Wrestling Championships at Hershey's Giant Center on March 13 to win the 106-pound championship. Giving up only a combined four points in his three matches, Williams swept to the gold medal by achieving a 5-3 win in his quarterfinal opener against Abington Heights' Luke Sirianni and then a narrow 2-1 overtime victory over Tyler Chappell of Seneca Valley in the semifinals, before finishing off his championship performance with a 3-0 shutout of Williamsport's Cael Nasdeo in the finals.

William's three tournament victories capped his 2021 season record at 27-1.
