The Millersville Woman's Club will host a picnic on Tuesday, Aug. 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Millersville Borough's Freedom Memorial Park, 9 Shertzer Lane. The picnic will take place in Pavilion A, the largest pavilion. The gathering is open to all area women, and there is no obligation to join the club.

Attendees may meet club members; enjoy hot dogs, lemonade and other food and drinks; and learn about scholarships the club supports, as well as other organizations that the club funds. The club holds monthly programs and meetings throughout the year on the third Tuesday of the month.
