The Millersville Woman's Club will meet on Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 2:30 p.m., which is a departure from the group's usual schedule. The meeting will take place at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 222 N. George St., Millersville.

The guest speaker will be Fred Nitchie, protective service unit manager of the Lancaster County Office of Aging. Since 1974, this agency has helped to maintain independence and quality of life for seniors through information, services, and protection. Nitchie will discuss how to identify and avoid financial scams that often target seniors.

The Millersville Woman's Club's activities support scholarships for seniors at both Penn Manor High School and the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center, as well as many other philanthropic efforts.
