The Elizabethtown/Mount Joy Christian Women's Connection invites area ladies to attend its "Bloom Where You Are Planted" brunch on Thursday, Sept. 4, at 9:30 a.m. at Gus's Keystone Restaurant, 1050 W. Main St., Mount Joy.

Tracey Zeiset from Elizabethtown will show how to pick and arrange summer flowers.

Eileen Banks from Rome, N.Y., will be the speaker and musician. She will do a science experiment and share "The Wonder of Life."
