The Elizabethtown/Mount Joy Christian Women's Connection invites area ladies to its "Tending to Your Garden" brunch to be held on Thursday, June 4, at 9:30 a.m. at Gus's Keystone Restaurant, 1050 W. Main St., Mount Joy.

Cindy Schnee, a vocalist from Mount Joy, will present music. Small business owner and entrepreneur Lavanda Moore from Spruce Pine, N.C., will share "When You Get to the End of Your Rope, Tie a Knot in It and Hang On!"
