Women Empowering Women 2023 will be launched on Saturday, Feb. 25, from 9 a.m. to noon at Colerain Church, 1923 Noble Road, Kirkwood. Laura Troutman will present "Finding Peace in a Chaotic World."

Women of all ages are welcome. A free brunch and child care will be provided.
