Women's health course slated

Starting this fall, Yoga United at Brighton will host a Wild Collective women's group, a group health program for women of all generations. The class will meet on Sundays from Sept. 10 to Nov. 12 from noon to 2 p.m.

The group will be facilitated by Ashlyn Zikmund, a women's health-focused doctor who grew up in Lititz. The program consists of 20 hours of in-person group learning designed to deepen one's knowledge and understand the connection to the female body while also experiencing the power of sisterhood, friendship and connection.

The course curriculum contains 10 modules that are two hours each of in-person discussion. The curriculum contains a variety of women's health topics, including hormone balance, menopause and beyond, optimizing digestion, mindset, and brain and mood optimization.

Course spots will be limited, as this is intended to be a small and intimate group learning experience. For more details, visit http://www.yogaunitedatbrighton.com.
