The 71st edition of the York Halloween Parade will hit the streets on Sunday, Oct. 24, marking a return from its COVID-19 hiatus. The parade will again begin at the York Expo Center, 334 Carlisle Ave., at 2 p.m. and travel east on Market Street to Broad Street in downtown York. The route will feature a number of vendors from 1 to 3 p.m.
