Several sports camps and clinics will be offered to children this summer.

Black Knight Youth Soccer will host a clinic for boys and girls entering grades one to six. The clinic will run from 8 to 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 8, through Thursday, Aug. 11, on the quad turf fields at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave., Landisville.

Coaches and current Hempfield boys' and girls' soccer players will lead the clinic. Players will participate in drills and games to improve skills, develop confidence, and promote the enjoyment of the game.

Additionally, Hempfield field hockey camps have been planned at Georgelis Law Firm Stadium at Hempfield High School. A camp for kindergartners through eighth-graders will be offered on Monday through Thursday, June 6 to 9, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. A July skill session for children in kindergarten through sixth grade will take place on Monday through Thursday, July 25 to 28; kindergartners through third-graders will meet from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., with fourth- through sixth-graders meeting from 6:15 to 7 p.m.
