The Junior League of Lancaster will accept applications for the Deborah P. Altman Outstanding Youth Volunteer Award. High school students who are committed to volunteering are eligible to apply.

One student will receive a $1,500 monetary award in addition to a $300 award that the student can designate to a charity of his or her choosing.
