Zonta Club Posts Rally

The Zonta Club of Harrisburg-Hershey will hold the "Zonta Says 'No' to Human Trafficking" Rally on Monday, Nov. 8, at noon on the front steps of the state Capitol in Harrisburg. Due to predicted inclement weather, the event was rescheduled from Oct. 26. The event is part of the club's ongoing campaign to end violence against women and children.

The speakers will be Suzanne V. Estrella, a commonwealth victim advocate appointed by Gov. Wolf; Ann Michael from the Pennsylvania Anti-Human Trafficking Advocacy Work Group; Catharine Kessack, executive director of Valley Against Sex Trafficking (VAST) in the Lehigh Valley; Jordan Pine, founder and CEO of Greenlight Operation; Alicia Corrado, executive director of North Star Initiative; Rhonda Hendrickson from Harrisburg YWCA; Rep. Sheryl Delozier, majority chair of the House Children and Youth Committee; and Sonya Brown, executive director of Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland/Perry Counties.
