Providence Place Senior Living of Lancaster recently hosted a 101st birthday celebration for resident Mary Nexter Zukovich. Family, friends, team members and members of the greater community shared in the festivities.

Mary was born to Pajza and Nicholas Nester, of Ukranian descent. She had seven brothers growing up and graduated from high school with a secretarial degree. She married Michael Zukovich at the age of 20, and they had three children and six grandchildren. Michael and Mary shared 48 years together before his death.
