Boland, Clawson earn sectional silver

Boland registered a first-period, quarterfinals fall on his way to capturing a silver medal in his weight class.

- Penn Manor 114-pounder Travis Clawson attempts to turn Central Dauphin’s Franco Perrl during action at the Class AAA sectional at Hempfield on Saturday, February 17. Clawson recorded a 17-2 technical fall and finished as the runner-up at 114.
- Ethan Farmer of Penn Manor engages in hand-to-hand combat with Sutton Schopf of Hempfield during Farmer’s 6-2 opening round victory in the 133-pound weight class at the Class AAA sectional at Hempfield on Saturday, February 17. Farmer finished fourth in his weight class.
- Penn Manor senior Dhamir Wesley pushes the ball up the court during the Comets’ 70-55 loss at Reading, during the opening round of the District Three Class 6A playoffs on Tuesday, February 20. With the defeat, the Comets concluded their campaign at 16-7.
- Dallas Rohrer of Penn Manor pulls up for a jumper on Tuesday, February 20, in the opening round of the District Three Class 6A postseason tournament. The Comets dropped a 70-55 decision to Reading.
