The Elizabethtown Optimist Club has chosen Maggie Clouser as its Female Student-Athlete of the Month for January.

Maggie is a six-year member of the basketball and soccer programs in Elizabethtown Area School District, serving as captain of the girls' soccer team in her senior year. She is also a leader of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and an honor roll student. At her church, she participates in youth group activities.

She hopes to attend Lancaster Bible College and play basketball there.
