The Lampeter-Strasburg Community Band will present two concerts.

The band will perform at 7 p.m. during a "Sundaes and Songs" event at Community United Methodist Church, 130 Tennyson Drive, Lancaster, on Friday, July 12. This outdoor event will also feature children's games, free ice cream and toppings, and a tour of the neighborhood in an open-air trolley. The event is free and open to the public, and attendees are advised to bring lawn chairs. In the case of rain, the event will be postponed until Friday, July 19.

The Rohrerstown Band and Lampeter-Strasburg Community Band will present the second of three free summer concerts at the Lampeter YMCA Amphitheater, 800 Village Road (Route 741), Lancaster. The two-hour performance will start at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 14. The Rohrerstown Band is directed by Gary Peters, and the Lampeter-Strasburg Community Band is directed by Howard Boots. Attendees are advised to bring lawn chairs. In the case of rain, the concert will be moved to Lampeter United Methodist Church, 1101 Village Road, Lancaster.
