Members of the Conestoga Valley High School (CV) cross-country team were honored during the Lancaster-Lebanon League Awards Banquet held at the DoubleTree Resort on Nov. 9.

Carson Miller was named Most Courageous Athlete. Scholar Athlete Awards were presented to Kylee Antrim, Joey Castranova, Jordan Craighead, Yonatanne Desta, Seana Dougherty, Alyssa Hershey, and Micah Kao.

Additionally, Micah, a senior, qualified for the PIAA State Cross Country Championships this year. Micah achieved a time of 18 minutes, 9 seconds - earning him 177th place - on Nov. 4 in Hershey.
