The Manheim Lions Club honored its sponsored baseball team, the Manheim Lions 14U Junior Midget team - at a banquet held Oct. 16 at The Shack Restaurant in Manheim.

Awards were presented. Honorees included Grant Niebel, receiving the Leadership and Coaches' Award; Cam Eck, Most Improved Award; Jordan King, Rookie of the Year; Tanner Travitz, Pitcher of the Year; and Clint Groff, Most Valuable Player. Clint Groff and Lincoln Nye both received the 48th Dick Wiedman Award.
