Marissa Rice of Strasburg was named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association's National Academic Squad. Rice is a member of the national runner-up field hockey team from Kutztown University, Kutztown.

The National Academic Squad honors student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or greater through the first semester of the 2024-25 academic year. Four hundred thirty student-athletes from 30 Division II institutions were named to the 2024 Division II National Academic Squad.
