The featured book for the Summer StoryWalk is "Tiny T. Rex and the Impossible Hug" by Jonathan Stutzman.

During the Paws to Read program, children may read stories to trained therapy dogs. The program will be offered on Aug. 11 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.; Thursday, Aug. 13, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.; Thursday, Aug. 20, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.; and Monday, Aug. 24, from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Grief Stories: End-of-Life Doula will take place on Aug. 3 at 6:30 p.m. Bethany Smith, an end-of-life doula, will share the story of how she started this work and the lessons she has learned from witnessing how people navigate loss, love, and change.

An Adult Mason Jar Terrarium Class will be held on Aug. 13 at 6 p.m. All materials will be supplied.

The jazz group Temple Avenue will perform on Aug. 20 at 6:30 p.m.

A Ukulele Uprising Children's Concert presented by Music for Everyone will take place on Aug. 13 at 1 p.m.

Giant Mini Chef Creations, for children ages 3 to 8, will be held on Friday, Aug. 14, at 10 a.m.

Edison Robot, for children ages 8 to 12, will be offered on Aug. 18 at 11:30 a.m. The Edison robot is a powerful, engaging tool for teaching kids computational thinking and computer programming in a hands-on way.

Wacky Wednesday: Who Lives Underground? will take place on Aug. 19 at 1 p.m.
